You should keep copy of your check list, and provide a copy to your landlord. If they agree maybe even have them sign your copy.

It is also a great Idea bring along another set of eyes with you. Have a of family member or friend help -- four eyes are better than two.

Request that your landlord repair any problems. Unfortunately all issues may not be able to be dealt with before moving in, However it is noted on your check List. 

You want taken care of as much work as you can and as soon as possible.
